E! Online True Blood Season 2 Spoilers
E! Online had the following spoilers for season 2 of True Blood:
Diana in Bend, Ore.: What can you tell us about True Blood? I’m so excited for season two!
We just chatted up True Blood star Stephen Moyer and asked him about the future of Nelsan Ellis’ brilliant Lafayette, and Moyer said, “Lafayette, I can’t talk about. Nelsan is an amazing dude, and, uh, I hope he does come back…but I, you know…who knows.” There’s no decisive statement in there, but “I hope he does come back” seems to suggest that Lafayette’s gone somewhere, and for that matter, Nelsan’s Lafayette also does not appear in any of the season two promo photos, the press releases or the books after Dead Until Dark. Long story short, we’re starting to feel pretty naive for having believed/hoped the show was just toying with us and would find a way to keep Lafayette around for season two and beyond. We are going to need a lot of naked vampires to make up for this disaster.
Elana in Warsaw: Do you have any new True Blood news?
Lesbians! You heard about the lesbians, right? Vampire queen Sophie and Sookie’s cousin Lois Lane Hadley Hale end up sucking face.
True Blood Season 2 Spoilers
Ausiello from EW has a few more spoilers for season 2.
Question: Please give us fang bangers some True Blood scoop. I cannot wait for season 2. Will some of it take place in Dallas like the second book did? –Jessie
Ausiello: Yep. In the new season’s fourth episode, Sookie, Bill, and their adoptive vamp Jessica (played by the awesome Deborah Ann Woll) wing it to Dallas, but there’s a surprise waiting for them at the airport. Later in the episode, an even bigger shock awaits Sookie when a, ahem, special visitor drops by her hotel room.
Question: Not that I don’t appreciate the awesome True Blood scoop we got last week, it’s just that I need, really need, scoop on Sookie/Eric. Is anything gonna happen between them? –Sofia
Ausiello: Something happens in the first four episodes that may lead one to believe Eric has eyes for someone else (hint: it’s a dude!). But maybe I’m reading too much into it.

More True Blood Spoiler News for Season 2
Bill and Sookie’s relationship will not be the only focus in season 2. The series will develop several storylines with the other various characters. Jason will become more invovled with Fellowship of the Sun as he tries to find meaning to his life. The mysterious Maryann’s identity will be revealed in this season and will lead the audience to wonder what more is out there. Perhaps the biggest question that people have on their mind is what happened to Lafayette and will he be in Season 2. Alan Ball provides a little teaser by saying ”I can’t tell you if Lafayette will be back,” but ”He did die in the books.” What does this cryptic message mean? It seems that Alan Ball will keep us guessing until the season begins in the summer.
